Felisa Rincón de Gautier was the first woman to be elected as the mayor of San Juan. Plus she approved the right to vote to the Puerto Rican women. She also collaborated with Luis Muñoz Rivera in the foundation of the PPD. Her Museum is in Caleta de San Juan 51, San Juan, PR 00936, United States. This museum will show you what Felisa Rincón de Gautier has done for the island of Puerto Rico.
