Plaza del Quinto Centenaro

This plaza is located in Calle de Cristo, it is a nice place were the breeze is  refreshing and you get perfect view of El Morro and the ocean. It was built in 1992 in honor of Christopher Columbus’ first voyage to the Americas 500 years from that day. This magnificent plaza is dominated by a stylized granite and clay totem pole. It took more than 10 million dollars to build this beautiful plaza.
